The Agriturismo has available 500 hectares (1,235 acres) of land that, with its wide variety of hills and woods, offers the ideal environment for walks and excursions, whether on foot or on mountain bikes.

On foot:
The great expanse of the area allows the guest to venture on outings of varying difficulty and duration. Known in the area is the summit of Monte Fionchi, reachable from Patrico in about two hours, from which vantage point one can admire the beauty of the Appenines of Umbria and The Marches in a stupendous, 360-degree view. Connecting the neighboring hamlets, many paths and mule tracks offer a rich choice of routes for all needs and capabilities.
By mountain bike:
For mountain bike excursions, the hills surrounding Patrico are a true paradise. One can find routes for every level of difficulty and length that take advantage of the stupendous surrounding panorama.
